during my stay, I appreciated the easy walks to nearby attractions like the Centro Historico, which is just under 5 km away, and enjoyed the peaceful vibes at the beautiful waterfalls of Cachoeira da Pedra Branca, only about 2.5 km away, making daily excursions a breeze.

Stayed in the Deluxe Suite for 2 nights and the room was super nice and clean. Had beautiful views of the river, which added a nice touch. Definitely felt comfy, but it could've used a bit more soundproofing, as we could hear some noise from outside. The beds were cozy, though, and the overall vibe of the place really made us feel at home.

The massage chairs in the kids' area smell unpleasant, yet the pools were refreshing.

I had an amazing stay at Pousada Apple House Paraty! The suite with the spa bath was incredibly spacious and clean, which was perfect for relaxing after exploring. The restaurant offered delicious food, and the breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety. The pools were a great way to unwind, especially the heated one.

The distance from the city center might be inconvenient for some.

had an amazin stay at pousada apple house! the location is kinda nice, away from the busy town, and the views of the river are just beautiful. breakfast is really nice with a ton of homemade stuff, and the staff is super nice and attentive, especially checkin in and helping us with our plans. my kids loved the play area which is great for family fun too. plus, the burger restaurant is a must-try, seriously delicious!

also, it would have been nice if they had more towels for the pool.
